If you are starting from the Jaffa Port area, head east towards the main road, Yefet Street. Walk along Yefet Street, passing by the various shops and eateries. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kaufmann Street. Turn left onto Kaufmann Street and continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will see Park HaTachana on your left.

If you are at the Jaffa Flea Market (Shuk HaPishpeshim), exit the market and head towards the main street, Olei Zion Street. Walk north until you reach Yefet Street. Turn right and walk along Yefet Street until you reach Kaufmann Street. Turn left onto Kaufmann Street, and after a short walk, you will find Park HaTachana on your left.

If you are near the Jaffa Clock Tower, walk south on Clock Tower Square towards Yefet Street. Turn right onto Yefet Street and continue straight until you reach Kaufmann Street. Turn left onto Kaufmann Street, and Park HaTachana will be on your left after a short walk.
