Turn left onto HaYarkon Street and walk until you reach the main entrance to the Jaffa Port. This route will take you past several shops and cafes, and you can enjoy the sea views along the way. Once at the port, look for the bus stop.

Once you reach the Jaffa Port bus stop, take bus line 9 towards Jerusalem. The bus will take you directly to Jerusalem. Make sure to ask the driver to notify you when you reach Yad Vashem, as it's a popular destination. The journey should take around 1 hour depending on traffic.
