Walking
If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, head out of the Jaffa Gate and walk straight along Jaffa Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with King George Street, and turn left. Follow King George Street until you reach the bus stop at Ben Yehuda Street. From there, take bus number 1 or 75 towards the neighborhood of Talpiot. Get off at the 'Ha-Tzukim' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk down Ha-Tzukim Lane, and the Church of Saint John the Baptist will be on your left at number 81.

From the Central Bus Station, take bus number 74 or 75. Both buses head towards the Talpiot area. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Ha-Tzukim' stop. Exit the bus and walk down Ha-Tzukim Lane for about 5 minutes, and you will see the Church of Saint John the Baptist at number 81 on your left.

If you are near the light rail station at the Old City, board the light rail heading towards 'Hebrew University'. Get off at the 'City Hall' station. From there, walk towards Jaffa Street and catch bus number 1 or 75 towards Talpiot. Disembark at the 'Ha-Tzukim' stop, then walk down Ha-Tzukim Lane for approximately 5 minutes to reach the Church of Saint John the Baptist at number 81.
