If you are starting from the Jaffa Flea Market, head southwest on HaAshlar St toward Olei Zion St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Louis Pasteur St. Turn left onto Louis Pasteur St and walk for about 5 minutes. The Whale Fountain will be on your right, located at Louis Pasteur St 4.

From the Jaffa Clock Tower, you can catch bus 10 or 30 at the nearby bus stop. Take the bus heading towards Tel Aviv Central Station. After approximately 5 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Louis Pasteur St'. The Whale Fountain is just a short walk from the bus stop, about 2 minutes away. Head straight on Louis Pasteur St, and you will find the fountain at number 4.
