Head to the Sherut stand near the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem. Look for shared taxis (Sherut) that go to Bethlehem. These usually leave when full. The Sherut will drop you off in Bethlehem, and you can ask the driver to let you off near Manager Square. Once you get off, walk towards Manager Square Street; 'Discover Palestine' should be easily visible.
Walking

If you are staying near the Old City of Jerusalem, you can walk to the Bethlehem checkpoint. Head towards the direction of the south side of the Old City, follow the signs for 'Bethlehem' and walk until you reach the checkpoint.
