If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through the Jaffa Gate. Once outside, walk straight along Jaffa Street until you reach the intersection with King David Street. Turn left onto King David Street. Continue on King David Street until you reach the intersection with HaYarkon Street. Turn right onto HaYarkon Street and follow it until you reach the Mount of Olives area. From there, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Dominus Flevit Church, which is located on the slopes of the Mount of Olives.

From the Old City, you can catch a bus from the Central Bus Station or from a nearby bus stop on Jaffa Street. Look for bus numbers 75 or 77, which go to the Mount of Olives area. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the stop nearest to the Dominus Flevit Church. After getting off the bus, walk a short distance uphill following the signs to the church.
