Discovering the Majesty of Lions Fountain in Jerusalem

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Western Wall, head northwest towards the Old City. Exit the Old City through the Jaffa Gate. Once outside, take a left on Jaffa Street and continue straight. You will reach the intersection with King David Street. Turn right onto King David Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Agron Street. Turn left onto Agron Street and walk straight until you reach the junction with Keren Hayesod Street. Turn right onto Keren Hayesod and then take the first left onto Ben Yehuda Street. Continue walking straight, and you will see signs for Bloomfield Garden. Lions Fountain is located within Bloomfield Garden.

• Public Transport

  From the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, take bus number 74 or 75 towards the city center. Get off at the stop at the intersection of Keren Hayesod and Agron Streets. From there, walk straight down Keren Hayesod Street, then turn left onto Ben Yehuda Street. Follow the street signs towards Bloomfield Garden, and you will find Lions Fountain within the garden.

• Walking

  If you are near the Mahane Yehuda Market, head east along Jaffa Road towards the Old City. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with King George Street. Turn left onto King George and continue straight until you reach the junction with Ben Yehuda Street. Turn right onto Ben Yehuda Street and walk towards Bloomfield Garden. Lions Fountain is located within the garden area, which is a short walk from Ben Yehuda Street.
