Walking
If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, head towards the Jaffa Gate, which is one of the main entrances to the Old City. Once you pass through the Jaffa Gate, turn left onto Sultan Suleiman Street. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer, passing by the impressive walls of the Old City on your right. When you reach the intersection with King David Street, turn right. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Hillel Street. Turn left onto Hillel Street and walk for about 500 meters. St. Mark's Church will be on your right side. Look for the sign indicating the church.

From the Old City, you can take a bus from the Central Bus Station. Head to the bus stop on Jaffa Road and take bus number 74 towards the Mount of Olives. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the 'St. Mark's Church' stop. From there, it's just a short walk to the church. Follow the signs that point towards St. Mark's Church, which is located approximately 200 meters from the bus stop.
