Walking
If you are near the Old City, start at the Jaffa Gate. Walk through the Jaffa Gate and head straight through the Armenian Quarter. Continue walking until you reach the end of the quarter and you will see the Tower of David on your left. From there, take a right and continue to the end of the street until you reach the entrance of the Jewish Quarter. St. Mark's Church is located just a short walk from here, approximately 10 minutes. Look for a small alley to your left that will lead you directly to the church.
Bus
Find the nearest bus stop that services lines 1 or 38. Board the bus and take it to the stop at 'Yaffo St./King George St.' Once you get off, head east on King George St. towards the Old City. After approximately a 15-minute walk, you will reach the Jaffa Gate. From the Jaffa Gate, continue as described in the walking guidance to reach St. Mark's Church.
Tram
Locate a nearby tram station and board the Jerusalem Light Rail heading towards 'Hebrew University.' Disembark at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk straight towards Jaffa Street and continue to the Jaffa Gate. Once you reach the gate, follow the walking instructions to St. Mark's Church.
Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer not to walk or take public transport, you can use a taxi or rideshare service like Gett or Uber. Request a ride to 'St. Mark's Church, Jerusalem.' The driver will take you close to the church entrance. Make sure to confirm the exact location with the driver, as some streets in the Old City are narrow and may require a short walk.
