Walking
If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, head towards the Jaffa Gate. Exit through the gate and walk straight on the Jaffa Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Shlomzion HaMalka Street. Turn left onto Shlomzion HaMalka Street and continue walking straight. You will see the Burnt House on your right side after about 5 minutes. It's a well-marked museum, and you'll recognize it by the sign outside.

From the Old City, walk to the nearest bus stop at the Jaffa Gate. Take bus number 38 towards the City Center. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'City Hall' stop. From there, walk down Hillel Street until you reach Shlomzion HaMalka Street. Turn right, and the Burnt House will be a short walk ahead on your right.

If you prefer a taxi, you can easily find one near the Old City. Just tell the driver 'The Burnt House' (הבית השרוף) or show them the address on your phone. The ride should take around 10 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right in front of the museum.
