Walking
If you are starting from the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through the Zion Gate and walk straight towards the intersection with Jaffa Street. Turn left onto Jaffa Street and continue walking until you reach the 'City Hall' light rail station. Take the light rail towards 'Hebrew University'. Get off at the 'Bethlehem' station. From there, follow the signs to the Church of St. Anne and the Pool of Bethesda. The Pool is located just a short walk from the church, where you will find the archaeological site.

From the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, take bus number 21 towards 'Bethlehem'. This bus will take you close to the Old City. Get off at the 'Herod's Gate' stop. From there, enter the Old City and walk towards the Church of St. Anne, which is near the Pool of Bethesda. The archaeological site is adjacent to the church.

If you are near the Damascus Gate, exit the gate and turn left. Walk down Sultan Suleiman Street until you reach the intersection with Al-Wad Street. Turn right and continue straight until you arrive at the Church of St. Anne. The Pool of Bethesda is located adjacent to the church, and you will find the archaeological site there.
