Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the Jaffa Gate, one of the main entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem. From Jaffa Gate, head east along the David Street. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will pass by the Tower of David Museum on your left, which is worth a quick visit. Once you reach the end of David Street, turn left onto the Armenian Quarter Street, follow this street until you reach the Zion Gate. From Zion Gate, continue straight to the Mount Zion area, where you will find the entrance to the Tomb of King David. Jason's Tomb is located nearby, so you can ask for directions from local guides or signs in the area.

• Public Bus

  From the central bus station in Jerusalem, take bus number 74 towards the Old City. The bus will drop you off at the Zion Square stop. Once you get off, walk towards the Zion Gate of the Old City. After passing through the gate, head straight towards King David's Tomb. Jason's Tomb is located a short walk away. Look for local signage or ask locals for guidance to ensure you reach Jason's Tomb.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Jerusalem to the area near Mount Zion. Communicate to the driver that your destination is Jason's Tomb. The taxi will drop you off close to the entrance. From there, follow any directional signs or ask nearby locals for the final steps to reach the tomb.
