Walking
If you are starting from the Jaffa Gate, which is one of the main entrances to the Old City of Jerusalem, exit through Jaffa Gate. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along the walls of the Old City towards the Tower of David. You will see the Tower of David rising above the city walls. Follow the path along the wall until you reach the entrance to the museum, which is located just at the foot of the tower.
Public Transportation
From the Central Bus Station in Jerusalem, take Bus Number 1 or 74 towards the Old City. Get off at the stop nearest to Jaffa Gate. Once you exit the bus, walk towards Jaffa Gate, and follow the same route as mentioned above: exit through Jaffa Gate, turn left, and walk along the walls until you reach the Tower of David.
Walking from the Western Wall
If you are at the Western Wall, exit the plaza area and head towards the Dung Gate. Once you reach the Dung Gate, exit the Old City and walk around the perimeter until you find Jaffa Gate. From Jaffa Gate, turn left and follow the city walls to the Tower of David.
Walking from the Mamilla Mall
Starting at Mamilla Mall, exit the mall towards the Old City. Continue walking straight until you reach Jaffa Gate. From Jaffa Gate, turn left and walk along the city walls to reach the Tower of David.
