Keep driving until you see signs for the nature reserves in the Judean Desert. You'll want to look for signs pointing toward Twins Cave specifically. Follow these signs, and be prepared to navigate some unpaved roads as you approach the cave, as it is located in a remote area. Parking is available near the entrance.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Jerusalem to the Dead Sea. The Egged bus service offers routes that head to the area. Once you arrive at the nearest bus stop, you may need to hire a taxi to get closer to Twins Cave, as public transportation does not go directly to the cave entrance. Be sure to inform the taxi driver of your destination. The ride from the bus stop to the cave may cost around 50-100 NIS depending on the distance and the driver.
