From the center of Kfar Saba, head southeast on HaSharon Street towards the intersection with HaNevi'a Street. At the intersection, turn left onto HaNevi'a Street. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs indicating the direction to יער קפלן. As you approach the destination, you will see a large park area on your right. The entrance to יער קפלן is located at Hulda HaNevi'a Street 10.

From the Kfar Saba Central Bus Station, take bus line 2 or 3 heading towards the 'Ramat Hasharon' direction. Alight at the 'Hulda HaNevi'a Street' stop. After getting off the bus, walk approximately 200 meters back towards the direction of the bus you came from. You will see the entrance to יער קפלן on your left at Hulda HaNevi'a Street 10.
