From the Masada visitor center, head towards the main entrance of the site. Once you exit the visitor center, take the path that leads to the base of the mountain. Look for the signs indicating the Serpent Trail, which will be marked along the route. Follow the blue trail markers; they will guide you along the Serpent Trail. The trail begins at the foot of the mountain, and you will see the winding path that snakes up the side of Masada. Ensure you have plenty of water and wear good hiking shoes as the trail can be steep and challenging.
