Walking
From the Masada Visitor Center, head east along the main path towards the entrance of Masada National Park. Continue straight until you reach the base of the mountain. You will see signs directing you to the cable car station. Take the cable car up to the summit of Masada. Once at the top, exit the cable car and follow the main path to explore the ancient ruins. To reach Solomon's Pools, you will need to return to the base of Masada and then head south. Look for a bus or a shared taxi that can take you to Bethlehem. It is about a 30-40 minute ride from Masada to Bethlehem.
Bus
From the Masada Visitor Center, walk to the bus stop located just outside the center. Look for buses heading towards Bethlehem. Make sure to check the schedule, as buses may not run frequently. Once on the bus, inform the driver of your destination (بيت لحم – Bethlehem). The bus will take you directly to the center of Bethlehem. Upon arrival, ask locals for directions to Solomon's Pools, which is a short walk from the bus station.
Shared Taxi
After exploring Masada, walk to the main road near the Masada Visitor Center. You can find shared taxis (also known as 'service') that travel to Bethlehem. Look for a taxi with passengers already inside, as they usually wait to fill up before departing. Once the taxi is full, it will take you to Bethlehem. Once you arrive in Bethlehem, ask the driver to drop you near Solomon's Pools, which is a well-known local attraction.
