Walking
From the entrance of Masada National Park, head towards the main visitor center. Once you reach the visitor center, look for signs directing you to the Masada Cablecar station. The cablecar station is located at the base of the mountain, approximately a 10-minute walk. Follow the path that leads downhill and keep an eye out for the large cable car structure. You will pass several informative signs about the history of Masada along the way.
Walking
If you are coming from the Masada Museum, exit the museum and proceed towards the main path that leads to the cablecar. This path is well-marked, and it should take you about 15 minutes to walk to the cablecar station. The route is mostly downhill, so be cautious and enjoy the scenic views as you approach your destination.
Walking
If you are at the top of Masada and looking to return via the cablecar, locate the cablecar station which is adjacent to the western edge of the plateau. Follow the signs that say 'Cablecar' or 'Cableway' to guide you back to the station. The descent will take you back down to the base of the mountain, where you can then exit the park.
