From the city center of Nahariya, head east on HaPalmach Street towards Hatzuk Beach. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sderot HaMeganim. Turn left onto Sderot HaMeganim and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the main entrance of the Nahariya promenade.
