If you are in the center of Netanya, start at the main square (Kikar Ha'atzmaut). From there, head northwest towards Ben Gurion Street. Continue on Ben Gurion Street until you reach the intersection with Herzl Street. Turn right onto Herzl Street and walk straight until you reach the beach. The park is located just beyond the beach area along the promenade, which is about a 15-20 minute walk from the square.

From any point in Netanya, make your way to the nearest bus stop. Take bus line 5 or 7 towards the beach. Get off at the 'Netanya Beach' stop. From there, walk towards the beach, and follow the promenade to Парк, which is located along the beachfront. This route takes approximately 30 minutes, including the bus ride and walking.
