Public Transportation
From the main bus station in Netanya, take bus line 10 towards 'Kiryat Sharet'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Gordon' stop. After you disembark, walk south on Rechov HaYarkon for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rechov Shlomo. Turn left onto Rechov Shlomo and continue straight for another 10 minutes until you see a large park on your right. The war memorial will be located within this park area.

If you are near the beach promenade, head north along the promenade until you reach the end at the 'Netanya Marina'. From the marina, take the pedestrian path up the hill. At the top, you'll find Rechov HaYarkon. Turn left and walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with Rechov Shlomo. Turn right onto Rechov Shlomo and continue straight for another 10 minutes until you reach the war memorial, located within a large park.
