If you are starting from the Netanya Central Bus Station, exit the station and head east on Ben Gurion Street. Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Sderot Oved Ben Ami. Turn left onto Sderot Oved Ben Ami. After about 500 meters, you will see the Victory Monument on your right.

From the Netanya Central Bus Station, take bus number 13 towards the 'Kiryat Hasharon' direction. After approximately 10 minutes (or 5 stops), get off at the stop named 'Sderot Oved Ben Ami'. Walk back towards the direction of travel for about 200 meters, and the Victory Monument will be on your left.
