    If you're traveling by car, start your journey from the city of Safed (Tzfat), which is approximately 15 kilometers away from Birya Fortress. Get on Route 89 from Safed, heading east. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto Route 85. Continue on this road for another 5 kilometers, and then turn right onto the road leading to Birya Fortress. Follow the signs for Birya Forest, and after approximately 3 kilometers, you will arrive at the fortress. Note that parking is available near the entrance. Make sure to check if any parking fees apply.

    For those using public transportation, take a bus from Safed to the nearest village, Birya. Bus number 43 operates between Safed and Birya.
