Make your way to the Ra'anana train station. Board a train towards Tel Aviv HaShalom station. The train ride will take about 20 minutes. After arriving at Tel Aviv HaShalom, exit the station and walk east towards the coastline. The Al-Bahr Mosque is around a 20-minute walk from the station, heading towards the beach area.
