If you are in the heart of Tel Aviv, start at the 'Dizengoff Center' (Dizengoff St 50). From there, head south on Dizengoff Street until you reach the intersection with Ben Gurion Blvd. Turn left onto Ben Gurion Blvd and continue straight until you reach the beach promenade (Tayelet). Once at the promenade, turn right and walk along the beachfront. Continue walking until you see the sign for 'Смотровая площадка' (Observation Deck) at Tayelet Mifraz Shlomo St 1. The observation deck will be on your left, overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

To reach 'Смотровая площадка' via bus, find the nearest bus stop in Tel Aviv. You can take bus number 5, 18, or 20. Board the bus heading towards the 'Tel Aviv Port' or 'Yafo'. Get off at the stop 'Bograshov Beach'. From there, walk towards the beach and follow the promenade to the right. Continue walking until you reach Tayelet Mifraz Shlomo St 1, where 'Смотровая площадка' is located.
