From the center of Ra'anana, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the 551 bus towards Tel Aviv. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Rothschild Boulevard' stop. From there, walk south towards HaYarkon Street, which will take approximately 10 minutes. You will arrive at Independence Park located on HaYarkon Street.

Head to the Ra'anana West train station. Take a train towards Tel Aviv University. After about 20 minutes, get off at the 'Tel Aviv Savidor Center' station. From there, transfer to the light rail and take the Red Line towards 'Hagana'. Get off at the 'HaYarkon' station. Independence Park is a short 5-minute walk from the station, heading towards the coast along HaYarkon Street.

If you're near the city center of Ra'anana, you can walk to Independence Park. Start on Ahuza Street and head south until you reach the intersection with Raanana Park. From there, continue straight until you reach the main road, then turn right onto HaYarkon Street. Walk along HaYarkon Street for about 30 minutes, and you will see Independence Park on your left.
