From Ramat Gan, head to the nearest bus stop. You can take bus line 40 or 142 towards Tel Aviv. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the next departure. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Rokach Blvd' stop, which is a common stop for Yarkon Park. Once you disembark, walk a short distance towards the park entrance, which will be visible.
Walking
If you are near the eastern part of Ramat Gan, you can walk directly to Yarkon Park. Head towards Rokach Blvd, which is the main road you need to follow. Once you reach Rokach Blvd, continue walking north until you reach the entrance of Yarkon Park. It's a pleasant walk that will take approximately 30 minutes.
Bicycle
