Walking
If you are starting from Ramat Gan Train Station, exit the station and head southeast on Derech Yerushalayim. Continue straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 4. Cross the road and turn left onto Route 4, continuing for about 500 meters. Look for the signs directing you towards Giv'at Shmuel. The square will be to your right in about 300 meters, near the corner of Rechov HaGolan.
Public Bus
From the Ramat Gan Central Bus Station, take bus line 45 or 47 towards Giv'at Shmuel. The bus ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Get off at the bus stop 'Giv'at Shmuel - HaGolan/HaNasi' stop. After exiting the bus, walk about 5 minutes southeast along Rechov HaGolan, and you will reach Amnuni Square on your left.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, start at the Ramat Gan Park. Head east towards Rechov HaGolan, then take a right. Continue straight for approximately 2 km. Amnuni Square will be on your right. Be cautious of traffic as you approach the square, which is near the main intersection.
