Start at the center of Safed, near the main square (Ha'atzmaut Square). From the square, head north on Ha'atzmaut Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Hameiri Street. Turn left onto Hameiri Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will see the entrance to the Citadel park on your right. Follow the pathway leading up to the Safed Citadel.
