Getting There

  • Car

    If you're driving, head towards Route 40 from any major town in the Southern District. Take Route 40 south until you reach the junction with Route 25 near the town of Sde Boker. Merge onto Route 25 and continue for about 10 km. Follow the signs for Ein Avdat National Park (עין עבדת) which will lead you directly to the park entrance. Parking is available at the park entrance, and there is usually a nominal entrance fee of around 28 NIS for adults.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Ein Avdat National Park by public transportation, take a bus from Beer Sheva to Mitzpe Ramon. The bus departs from the central bus station in Beer Sheva. Once in Mitzpe Ramon, you can take a taxi or rideshare service directly to the park entrance, which is approximately 20 km away. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary. The bus fare to Mitzpe Ramon is around 30-40 NIS.
