Turn right onto HaYarkon Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Ibn Gvirol Street. Turn left onto Ibn Gvirol Street and walk for about 10 minutes. You'll notice the entrance to HaKovshim Garden on your right, just before you reach the intersection with Rothschild Boulevard.
