If you're driving, start your journey from Cortina d'Ampezzo. Take the SS51 road towards San Vito di Cadore. Merge onto the SR48 and continue until you reach the town of Dobbiaco. From Dobbiaco, follow the signs to Prags (Braies) on the SS49. After approximately 15 km, you will arrive in Prags, where you can find parking options near the hiking trails leading to Gametzalpenkopf.
