If you are in the heart of Amalfi, start at the main square, Piazza Duomo. Head towards the iconic Cathedral of St. Andrew (Cattedrale di Sant'Andrea). From the cathedral, take the street that leads down towards the coast (Via Lorenzo d'Amalfi). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via delle Cartiere. Turn left onto Via delle Cartiere. The Museo della Carta will be on your right at number 23, just a short walk from the coast.

If you are near the Amalfi Coast ferry terminal, exit the terminal area and walk towards the main road (Via Marina). Follow the road along the coast until you reach the main square (Piazza Duomo). From there, follow the directions provided above to reach Museo della Carta.
