If you are driving, take the SS 16 highway towards Bari. From Bari, follow the signs for SS 172 towards Putignano. Continue on SS 172 for approximately 20 km. As you approach Putignano, keep an eye out for the signs for Grotta del Trullo, which will be on your right. The entrance is located at SS 172 tratto Putignano-Turi, 70017 Putignano BA. Parking is available on-site.
