Getting There

Start from the central square, Piazza Grande, in Arezzo. Head south towards Via Roma, which is a major street leading out of the square. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Francesco. Turn left onto Via di San Francesco. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the train station, Stazione di Arezzo. From there, take a train to Siena. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Siena train station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located right outside the station. Take the bus labeled 'Siena Centro' which will take you directly to Il Campo. The bus ride from the train station to Il Campo takes around 15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs pointing towards Il Campo, and you will arrive at this beautiful square.
