Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Arezzo train station, exit the station and turn right onto Viale Giovanni Amendola. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Via Roma. Continue walking on Via Roma for approximately 800 meters until you reach Piazza Grande, a large square surrounded by beautiful buildings. From Piazza Grande, head towards Via dei Pileati, which is located on the east side of the square. Walk down Via dei Pileati for about 200 meters and you will find the Pretorio Palace at number 8 on your left.

  • Public Transport

    From the Arezzo train station, take the local bus line 1 or 2, which are frequently available. Board the bus and ask the driver to notify you when you reach the stop for Piazza Grande. Once you get off at Piazza Grande, exit the square towards Via dei Pileati. Walk down Via dei Pileati for about 200 meters and you will find the Pretorio Palace at number 8 on your left.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer to take a taxi from the Arezzo train station, you can find the taxi stand directly outside the station. Tell the driver to take you to 'Via dei Pileati, 8'. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes depending on traffic. The taxi will drop you off right in front of the Pretorio Palace.
