Walking

If you are starting from Bari Centrale (the main train station), exit the station and head towards Corso Cavour. Turn right on Corso Cavour and walk straight until you reach Piazza Garibaldi. From Piazza Garibaldi, continue walking straight onto Via Sparano da Bari, a pedestrian shopping street. Continue until you reach the end of the street, where it intersects with Via Andrea da Bari. Turn left onto Via Andrea da Bari, and then take the first right onto Via Giuseppe Capruzzi. Continue straight until you reach Via Vittorio Emanuele II, then turn left. Walk until you see the old town walls. Enter the old town through the Porta di Bari (Bari Gate). Once inside the old town, navigate through the narrow streets until you find Strada San Gaetano. Turn right onto Strada San Gaetano and look for Vico 1, where Old Town Hostel is located at N° 9.
Public Transport

From Bari Centrale, take the Line 2 bus towards 'Fermata Cattedrale'. Get off at the stop 'Cattedrale'. From there, walk towards the Cathedral of San Sabino. After visiting the cathedral, walk straight ahead through the narrow streets until you reach the old town walls. Enter the old town through the Porta di Bari (Bari Gate). Once inside, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Strada San Gaetano. Turn right onto Strada San Gaetano, and you will find Vico 1 at N° 9, where Old Town Hostel is located.
