Walking
If you are in Piazza Maggiore, start by facing the Basilica di San Petronio. Head east on Via Rizzoli until you reach Via Ugo Bassi. Turn left onto Via Ugo Bassi, and continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will see Mercato delle Erbe on your left at Via Ugo Bassi, 25.
Public Transport
From Bologna Centrale train station, take bus number 25 or 36 towards 'Marconi' or 'Mazzini'. Get off at the stop 'Ugo Bassi' (approximately 10 minutes ride). Once you get off, walk a short distance down Via Ugo Bassi, and you will find Mercato delle Erbe at number 25 on your right.
Walking
If you are near the University of Bologna, head towards Via Zamboni and continue to Via Indipendenza. Take a right onto Via Indipendenza and walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach Via Ugo Bassi. Turn left onto Via Ugo Bassi, and Mercato delle Erbe will be on your left at number 25.
Public Transport
From the Central Station, take the TPER bus line 29 or 30. Get off at the stop 'Rizzoli' (around 5 stops). Walk straight on Via Rizzoli until you reach Via Ugo Bassi, then turn left. Mercato delle Erbe will be at number 25 on your left after a short walk.
