From the center of Amalfi (near the Cathedral of Saint Andrew), walk west along the seafront promenade towards Piazza Flavio Gioia and the Amalfi Marina. Continue along the coastline, following signs for Via Mauro Comite. The entrance to the staircase leading down to Il Duoglio Spiaggia is located at number 25 Via Mauro Comite. Be prepared for approximately 400 steps. Note that the climb back up can be strenuous.
