    From the main square of Capri, Piazza Umberto I, head towards the Via Roma. Walk along Via Roma until you reach the intersection with Via Vittorio Emanuele. Turn right on Via Vittorio Emanuele and continue straight. You will pass shops and restaurants. Follow the road as it gradually ascends. After about 15 minutes, you will reach a fork in the road. Keep left to continue on Via Tiberio. After another 10 minutes, you will see signs for the path leading to Castello Lauritano. Follow the signs, and after a short 5-minute walk, you will arrive at Via Radicosa, where the castle is located.

  • Bus

    From Piazza Umberto I, take the bus towards Anacapri. The bus stop is located near the main square. Make sure to check the bus schedule which can be found posted at the bus stop. Ride the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the stop for San Lazzaro. From the bus stop, walk down Via Radicosa for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at Castello Lauritano.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can hail a taxi from Piazza Umberto I. Inform the driver that you want to go to Castello Lauritano in San Lazzaro. The drive will take approximately 10 minutes. The taxi will drop you off at the entrance of Via Radicosa. From there, it's a short walk to the castle.
