If you are in the center of Capri, head towards the Marina Grande. From there, take a ferry to Maiori. Once you arrive at Maiori's ferry terminal, exit and turn left onto Corso Reginna. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes, and you will see the entrance to Palazzo Mezzacapo Gardens on your left.

From the main square in Capri, take the bus towards Anacapri and get off at the Anacapri bus terminal. At the terminal, transfer to a bus heading to Maiori. Once you arrive at Maiori, exit the bus and walk left on Corso Reginna for about 10 minutes until you reach Palazzo Mezzacapo Gardens.
