Walking
If you are starting from Piazza del Duomo, head northeast on Via Etnea, which is the main street. Continue straight for about 1 km. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large church on your right (Basilica della Collegiata). After walking past the church, you will see Orto Botanico di Catania on your left at Via Etnea, 397. The entrance is marked, and you can enjoy the lush greenery and various plant species inside.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the central bus station (Stazione degli Autobus), take bus number 431 or 448. After a short ride, get off at the stop 'Via Etnea 400'. Once you disembark, walk back a short distance towards Via Etnea and shortly after, you will find Orto Botanico di Catania on your left at Via Etnea, 397. It’s a pleasant short walk to the entrance.

Walking from Catania Centrale Train Station
Exit Catania Centrale train station and head towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi. Turn left onto Via Etnea. Follow Via Etnea for about 1.5 km; you will see many shops and restaurants along the way. Orto Botanico di Catania will be on your right at Via Etnea, 397. Look for the entrance to the botanical garden which is well marked.
