If you are starting from Catania's central train station (Stazione di Catania Centrale), exit the station and head towards Via Etnea, the main street of Catania. Walk north along Via Etnea for about 1 kilometer until you reach Piazza Stesicoro, which will be on your left. You will see the famous Roman amphitheater in the square.
