Walk straight for about 1 kilometer (approximately 15 minutes) until you reach Piazza del Duomo. From Piazza del Duomo, continue walking straight on Via Vittorio Emanuele II for about 300 meters, and you will reach Piazza della Repubblica, which is located at the intersection of several streets.

    Public Transport (Bus)

    From the Catania Centrale Train Station, you can take Bus Line 457 or 431. Board the bus from the stop outside the station and travel towards the 'Piazza della Repubblica' stop. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Once you get off the bus, you'll see the square directly in front of you.

    If you are near the Teatro Massimo Bellini, head northeast on Via Teatro Massimo towards Via Vittorio Emanuele II. Turn left onto Via Vittorio Emanuele II and walk straight for about 600 meters. You will arrive at Piazza della Repubblica, which is a notable gathering place in Catania.
