From Cervinia, drive towards the Breuil-Cervinia ski area. Follow the signs for 'Funivia Cretaz' and 'Plan Maison.' You will need to park at the cable car station. Parking is available at the base, and it costs approximately €5 for a day. Once parked, take the 'Breuil-Cervinia - Plan Maison' cable car. The ride takes about 10 minutes.
