Car
From Cervinia, head southwest on Via Guido Rey toward Strada per Plan Maison. Continue on this road for about 6 km, passing through the scenic views of the Aosta Valley. Follow the signs toward La Magdeleine. Once you reach La Magdeleine, look for the signs directing you to Mont Tantané. There is free parking near the starting point of the trail.

Start at the Cervinia bus station. Take the bus toward Aosta and ask the driver to drop you off at the stop for La Magdeleine. This journey usually takes about 30-40 minutes. From the bus stop in La Magdeleine, follow the signs leading to Mont Tantané. The hike will take approximately 30 minutes from the bus stop to reach the viewpoint.
Hiking
Once you've arrived at La Magdeleine (by car or bus), you will need to hike approximately 2.5 km to reach Mont Tantané. The trail is well-marked, and you should expect a moderate climb. Make sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring water. No additional costs are involved for hiking.
