Getting There

Car
From Cervinia, head south on the SR46 road towards Valtournenche. Continue on this road for about 10 km until you reach the junction for the A5 highway. Merge onto the A5 towards Aosta. After approximately 25 km, take the exit for Aosta East and follow the signs for SS26 towards Courmayeur. After about 40 km, follow the signs for the Mont Blanc Tunnel to enter France. After passing through the tunnel, continue on the N205 and follow the signs for Chamonix. At the roundabout, take the exit toward the A40, then follow the signs for Geneva. From Geneva, follow the signs to Zermatt. Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village, so you will have to park your car in Täsch and take a shuttle train to Zermatt. The church is located in the center of Zermatt, within walking distance from the train station.

From Cervinia, take the local bus to Valtournenche. From Valtournenche, catch a train to Zermatt. The train journey will take you through stunning mountain scenery. Upon arrival at the Zermatt train station, exit the station and walk straight towards the main street (Bahnhofstrasse). Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Kirchpl., where the Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius is located. The church is prominently situated in the town square, making it easy to spot.
