If you're driving from the center of Cervinia, head east on Via Carlo A. M. Chaz. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout, then take the second exit onto SP46. Follow the SP46 for approximately 7 km, enjoying the scenic views. At the junction, turn left onto the road that leads to Frazione Cretaz. After about 2 km, you will see signs for Waterfall Cretaz. There is limited parking available near the waterfall, but you may need to walk a short distance to reach the actual site.

To reach Waterfall Cretaz via public transport, start at the Cervinia bus station located near the town center. Board the local bus heading towards Valtournenche. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Frazione Cretaz stop. From the bus stop, follow the signs towards Waterfall Cretaz. It’s a short 15-minute walk uphill to the waterfall. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as the service may not be frequent.

If you prefer to hike, you can start your journey from Cervinia. Take the trail that leads up along the river, which is well-marked. The hike is about 5 km one way and will take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours. The trail offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
