From Cortina d'Ampezzo, take the SS51 road north towards the town of Tai di Cadore. Continue on SS51 for about 20 km until you reach the junction for SS638. Turn onto SS638 and follow the signs for Colle Santa Lucia. After approximately 15 km, you will arrive in Colle Santa Lucia. Look for signs to Croda Negra, which is located on Unnamed Road. Parking may be limited, so be prepared to park in designated areas and walk a short distance.

Start at the Cortina d'Ampezzo bus station (Autostazione di Cortina d'Ampezzo). Board a bus heading to Colle Santa Lucia; check the local schedules as they may vary. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once in Colle Santa Lucia, disembark at the main bus stop. From there, you can either walk to Croda Negra (approximately 30 minutes on foot) or take a local taxi if available. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare beforehand, as it may vary.
