  Start from the Florence city center. Head to the Santa Maria Novella train station (Stazione di Santa Maria Novella). You can walk there or take a local bus if necessary. Once you arrive at Arezzo station, exit the station and look for the local bus terminal, which is just outside the train station. Take the bus that goes towards 'Civitella in Val di Chiana' or 'Bucine'. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as they may not run frequently. Get off at the stop nearest to Area Naturale Le Balze (the exact stop may vary, so confirm with the driver or check online). From the bus stop, you may need to walk for about 20-30 minutes to reach the entrance of Area Naturale Le Balze, following local signs or maps.
