If you are in the historic center of Florence, start at the Ponte Vecchio bridge. From the bridge, head towards the east along the Arno River on Via de' Guicciardini. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Lungarno Serristori. You'll see the Lungarno Serristori along the river, and it will be on your left. From the Santa Maria Novella train station, take bus number 14 towards 'Cascine'. Get off at the 'Lungarno Serristori' stop. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you get off the bus, you'll be just a short walk away from the riverside promenade of Lungarno Serristori. Follow the road down towards the river to enjoy the views.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near the city center. Start at Piazza della Repubblica and head towards Via Roma, then take a left onto Via de' Tornabuoni. Continue straight until you reach the river. Turn right on Lungarno degli Acciaiuoli and follow the river until you see Lungarno Serristori. The ride takes about 15 minutes and is mostly flat.
